      EXCHANGE:
      If you have a problem with size, color, or a product that has a defect, you have 30 days to make an exchange by sending us an email tocontact@badr-clairdelune.com specifying your order number and the reasons for your problem. You can also contact us at +33 627470729.
      We willimmediately send you a return label and then send you the new product ordered. Of course,The product must have never been worn, not be damaged and be returned in its original packaging (labels).
      Return and reshipping costs for an exchange are free.

      RETURN:
      You wish to return a product for any reason. You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us by email atcontact@badr-clairdelune.com. You will find the terms of the withdrawal form in our General Conditions of Sale.
      The refund will be automatically credited to the account associated with the bank card used for the purchase as soon as possible after receipt of the package.
      Of course, the product must have never been worn except for a simple fitting, must not be damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging (labels).
      The return costs under the right of withdrawal are your responsibility.
