1. Preamble

Access, use and purchases of Products offered on the BADR-Clair de lune website accessible at the address https://badr-clairdelune.com and operated by SASBADR-Clairde lune, hereinafter referred to as "BADR-Clair de lune", are subject to these general conditions.
By using the Site, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted without reservation these General Conditions of Use as well as thePrivacy Policyof the Site.

Any reproduction, distribution,
transmission, modification or use of these trademarks without the prior written consent of BADR-Clair de lune, for any reason whatsoever, is prohibited.
Any use of the information, data and elements of the Site, for any purpose whatsoever other than simple personal and non-commercial use, by the User, is strictly prohibited, without the prior written consent of BADR-Clair de lune. Under no circumstances may the possible access to the information on the Site and to certain data allow the User to consider that he or she can extract, substantially or not, and/or use, outside of consulting the Site, any data from the Site or any element of the Site. It is recalled, as necessary, that such extractions and/or uses are strictly prohibited.

The Site and these General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
